Job Summary
Lead store operations by supervising crew activities, managing assignments, and ensuring smooth execution of opening and closing procedures. Direct staff while communicating effectively with management and crews, and handle customer relations issues in accordance with company policy. Price merchandise, stock shelves, execute displays, and maintain inventory for weekly, promotional, and seasonal items. Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints to promote a positive shopping experience while maintaining confidentiality. Work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts to respond to urgent issues. Full-time role with 40 weekly hours and a base hourly rate of $16.00 to $23.00.
