Job Summary
Lead the store staff by assigning, directing, and following up on all activities while ensuring smooth store operations and completion of opening and closing procedures. Supervise crew members, communicate effectively with store management, and handle customer relations issues in accordance with company policy. Price merchandise, stock shelves, execute displays, sign and inventory weekly promotional and seasonal items, and maintain off-shelf merchandise. Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints to promote a positive shopping experience while maintaining confidentiality. Work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts, and respond to urgent issues as they arise.
