Shift Supervisor

Shift Supervisor is a key leadership role supporting the CVS Store Management team to drive store execution and customer loyalty through excellent service. When management is not onsite, the Shift Supervisor leads staff and ensures opening/closing procedures are completed. Responsibilities include supervising the store crew, directing activities, communicating with management and crews, assisting customers with questions and issues, maintaining confidentiality, promoting CVS customer service, pricing and stocking merchandise, executing displays and inventory for weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise, and resetting departments following planograms. Required qualifications emphasize deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills, advanced communication and supervision abilities, and a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, and weekends. Preferred education is a high school diploma or equivalent.
