Job Summary
Lead store staff by assigning activities, directing operations, and communicating with management when no manager is onsite. Ensure completion of all opening and closing procedures, handle customer relations issues in accordance with company policy, and maintain customer/patient confidentiality. Price merchandise, stock shelves, execute displays, and sign and inventory weekly, promotional, and seasonal items. Reset departments following POGs and maintain off-shelf merchandise. Requires deductive reasoning, analytical skills, and ability to work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts. Part-time position with 29 weekly hours at $16.50 - $24.00. Eligible for dental, vision, wellness resources, and employee discounts.
