Shift Supervisor

Lead store staff by assigning activities, directing operations, and following up on all tasks when no manager is onsite. Manage opening and closing procedures, handle customer questions and complaints in accordance with policy, and maintain customer confidentiality. Price merchandise, stock shelves, execute displays, and sign and inventory weekly, promotional, and seasonal goods. Reset departments following POGs while communicating effectively with store management and crews. Requires deductive reasoning, analytical skills, and computer proficiency. Work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts with anticipated weekly hours of 20. Part-time position with a base hourly rate of $16.50 - $24.00.
