Job Summary
Shift Supervisor leads store staff in the absence of management, ensuring opening/closing procedures are completed and store operations run smoothly, while driving customer service, merchandise presentation, displays and inventory execution. Responsibilities include supervising the store crew, communicating with management and crews, assisting customers, maintaining confidentiality, pricing merchandise, stocking shelves, executing displays, and resetting departments per POGs. Requires strong deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills, advanced communication and supervisory abilities, and flexibility to work early mornings, overnights, and weekends. Part-time role with CVS Health benefits and opportunities to contribute to a customer-focused healthcare retail environment.
