Job Summary
Lead store operations and supervise crew activities by assigning tasks, directing daily functions, and communicating updates between management and staff. Manage customer service by greeting patrons, addressing complaints, and maintaining confidentiality while ensuring all opening and closing procedures are completed. Execute merchandise tasks including pricing, stocking shelves, and maintaining promotional displays. Work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts, with an anticipated 25 weekly hours. This part-time role supports the CVS Store Management team in driving execution and building consumer loyalty.
