Job Summary
Shift Supervisor leads store staff in the absence of a manager, ensures opening/closing procedures, supervises the crew, and focuses on delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities include supervising store activities, communicating with management and crews, handling customer questions and complaints, maintaining customer confidentiality, merchandising and presentation (pricing, stocking, displays, weekly/promotional/seasonal merchandise, resets per POGs). Qualifications emphasize deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills, advanced communication and supervision abilities, and a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, and weekends. Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. Part-time position with anticipated weekly hours of 20 and a pay range of $16.50-$24.00 per hour.
