Job Summary
Lead store operations by supervising crew activities, directing assignments, and ensuring all opening and closing procedures are completed. Manage customer relations by greeting shoppers, addressing complaints, and maintaining confidentiality while promoting the CVS service culture. Execute merchandise tasks including pricing, stocking shelves, and managing promotional displays to maintain presentation standards. Collaborate with store management to drive execution and performance. Requires advanced communication and supervisory skills, with a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnight shifts, and weekends. Full-time role with weekly hours of 30.
