Job Summary
Shift Supervisor at CVS Health oversees store operations in the absence of a manager, leads the store staff, ensures opening and closing procedures are completed, and drives customer service to build loyalty. Responsibilities include supervising the crew, effective communication with management and staff, assisting customers and resolving issues, maintaining customer confidentiality, merchandising and presentation tasks (including displays, signs, inventory, and adherence to planograms), and supporting store performance.
