Job Summary
Lead store staff by assigning activities, directing operations, and communicating updates between management and crews. Assist customers with questions, complaints, and general inquiries while maintaining confidentiality and upholding service culture. Manage merchandise by pricing items, stocking shelves, executing displays, and resetting departments per POGs. Complete all opening and closing procedures when no manager is onsite. Work flexible shifts including early mornings, overnight, weekends, and overtime as needed. Anticipated weekly hours are 29. Part-time position with a base hourly rate of $17.00 to $26.00.
