Job Summary
Shift Supervisor is a key leader supporting store management, responsible for leading staff in the absence of an on-site manager, ensuring smooth store operations, opening and closing procedures, and driving customer service and store performance. Responsibilities include supervising crew, directing activities, communicating with management and crews, assisting customers, handling customer relations per policy, maintaining confidentiality, pricing merchandise, stocking and merchandising with weekly/promotional displays, inventory and resets per POGs, and maintaining a positive shopping experience. Required skills include deductive reasoning, analytical thinking, strong computer and communication abilities, and supervisory experience, with a flexible schedule that may include early mornings, overnights, and weekends.
