Job Summary
Lead store staff by assigning activities, directing operations, and communicating between management and crews when no manager is onsite. Execute opening and closing procedures, handle customer service inquiries and complaints in accordance with policy, and maintain customer confidentiality. Manage merchandise by pricing items, stocking shelves, and executing displays for weekly promotions and seasonal merchandise. Ensure all store operations run smoothly and departments are reset following POGs. Requires deductive reasoning, analytical skills, and computer proficiency, with a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts. Part-time role with 20 weekly hours at $16.00 - $23.00 base hourly. Eligible for dental, vision, wellness resources, and employee discounts.
