Job Summary
Lead store operations and supervise crew activities by assigning tasks, directing daily functions, and communicating updates between management and staff. Handle all customer relations issues, including questions, complaints, and confidentiality matters, while promoting a positive shopping experience. Manage merchandise presentation by pricing items, stocking shelves, executing displays, signing inventory, and resetting departments following POGs. Ensure completion of all opening and closing procedures when no manager is onsite. Requires deductive reasoning, analytical skills, and flexibility for early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts. Part-time role with 20 weekly hours at $16.00-$23.00 hourly.
