Job Summary
Shift Supervisor at CVS Health leads store execution and performance in the absence of a manager, ensuring opening/closing procedures are completed and maintaining high customer service standards. Responsibilities include supervising the store crew, directing activities, communicating with management and staff, assisting customers, resolving customer relations issues, maintaining confidentiality, pricing merchandise, stocking shelves, executing displays, and resetting departments per planograms. The role requires deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills, strong communication and supervision abilities, and a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, and weekends.
