Job Summary
Lead store staff by assigning activities, directing operations, and communicating updates when no manager is onsite. Ensure completion of all opening and closing procedures while managing merchandise, pricing, shelving, and display maintenance. Assist customers with questions, handle complaints per company policy, and maintain patient confidentiality to promote a positive shopping experience. Requires deductive reasoning, analytical skills, and advanced communication abilities to work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts. This part-time role supports the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and performance, fostering consumer loyalty through excellent service within a connected, compassionate health environment.
