Job Summary
Supervise store crews by assigning activities, directing operations, and following up on tasks when no manager is onsite. Communicate information between store management and staff while assisting customers with questions, complaints, and general service needs. Price merchandise, stock shelves, execute displays, and sign and inventory weekly, promotional, and seasonal items. Maintain customer relations issues in accordance with company policy and ensure completion of all opening and closing procedures. Handle all customer relations issues in accordance with company policy and promote a positive shopping experience for all CVS customers. Maintain customer/patient confidentiality. Work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts to work overtime as needed.
