Shift Supervisor

Shift Supervisor is a key leader supporting CVS Store Management in driving store execution and performance, leading the store staff in the absence of a manager or Operations Supervisor, ensuring opening/closing procedures are completed, and promoting CVS customer service culture. Responsibilities include supervising the crew, directing activities, communicating with management and crew, assisting customers, handling issues per policy, merchandising and inventory tasks, price and display maintenance, and ensuring confidentiality. Skills emphasized include deductive reasoning, analytical thinking, computer proficiency, advanced communication, and supervision, with a flexible schedule that may include early mornings, overnights, and weekends.
