Job Summary
Shift Supervisor at CVS Health leads store operations in the absence of a manager, supervising the store crew and ensuring opening/closing procedures are completed. Delivers strong customer service, handles customer relations per policy, maintains confidentiality, and supports merchandising and presentation through inventory, display resets, and weekly/promotional stock. Requires effective communication with store management, flexibility to work early mornings, overnights, and weekends, and ability to supervise and direct staff as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
- Advanced communication skills and supervision skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise
