Job Summary
Lead store operations and supervise crew activities by assigning tasks, communicating with management, and ensuring smooth execution of opening and closing procedures. Manage customer service interactions by addressing questions, complaints, and confidential relations while promoting the CVS culture. Price merchandise, stock shelves, execute displays, and maintain inventory for weekly, promotional, and seasonal items. Reset departments following POGs and ensure all store policies are followed. Work flexible shifts including early mornings, overnight, and weekends as needed. This role supports the CVS Store Management team in driving performance and building consumer loyalty.

- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise
