Job Summary
Lead store staff by assigning and directing daily activities, ensuring smooth operations when no manager is onsite. Manage opening and closing procedures, price merchandise, stock shelves, and execute weekly promotional displays. Address customer questions, complaints, and relations issues while maintaining confidentiality and promoting the CVS service culture. Communicate effectively with store management and crews to drive execution and performance. Requires flexible scheduling including early mornings, overnight shifts, and weekends. Full-time role with a weekly base of $18.90 to $27.90.

- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise
