Job Summary
Lead store staff by assigning and directing daily activities, ensuring smooth operations when no manager is onsite. Execute opening and closing procedures, manage inventory, stock shelves, and maintain promotional displays. Address customer questions, complaints, and relations issues while upholding confidentiality and the CVS service culture. Communicate effectively between store management and crews to drive execution and performance. Work a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnight shifts, and weekends as needed.

- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise
