Job Summary
Shift Supervisor at CVS Health leads store staff in the absence of a manager and ensures opening/closing procedures, focusing on delivering excellent customer service and maintaining store operations. Responsibilities include supervising the crew, directing activities, communicating with management and crews, handling customer questions and complaints, maintaining customer confidentiality, promoting CVS customer service culture, merchandising and presentation duties (pricing, stocking, displays, weekly promos), and resetting departments per planograms. Requires deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills, strong communication and supervision abilities, and flexibility to work early mornings, overnights, and weekends. Education preferred as High School diploma or equivalent; part-time schedule with eligibility for benefits.
