Job Summary
Shift Supervisor leads store staff in absence of a manager, drives store execution and customer service, oversees opening/closing procedures, and ensures adherence to store policies. Responsibilities include supervising crew, directing activities, communicating with management, assisting customers, resolving issues per policy, maintaining confidentiality, merchandising and stock management, executing displays, price and inventory checks, and ensuring weekly promotional/seasonal merchandise is up-to-date. Qualifications emphasize deductive reasoning, analytical skills, computer skills, advanced communication and supervision abilities, and flexible scheduling (including early mornings, overnights, and weekends). Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. Anticipated weekly hours: 40. Pay range: $16.00 - $23.00 hourly.
