Job Summary
Lead store operations by supervising crew activities, assigning tasks, and ensuring smooth execution of opening and closing procedures. Direct customer service efforts by addressing questions, complaints, and confidential relations while maintaining the CVS culture of greeting, offering help, and thanking patrons. Manage merchandise presentation by pricing items, stocking shelves, executing displays, and resetting departments following POGs. Collaborate with store management to drive performance and build consumer loyalty through excellent service. Work flexible shifts including early mornings, overnight, and weekends, with anticipated weekly hours of 20. This part-time role supports the CVS Store Management team in simplifying healthcare for individuals and communities.
