Job Summary
Lead store operations and supervise crew activities by assigning tasks, directing daily functions, and communicating updates between management and staff. Handle customer relations issues, answer questions, and maintain confidentiality while promoting the CVS customer service culture. Execute merchandise tasks including pricing, stocking shelves, managing displays, and resetting departments following POGs. Complete all opening and closing procedures when no manager is onsite. Work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts with anticipated weekly hours of 20.

- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise
Desired Qualifications
