Job Summary
Manage store operations and staff by supervising crew activities, communicating with management, and handling customer service inquiries while maintaining confidentiality. Execute opening and closing procedures, price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage promotional displays to ensure smooth execution. Maintain customer relations issues in accordance with company policy and promote a positive shopping experience. Requires deductive reasoning, analytical, and computer skills alongside advanced communication and supervision abilities. Flexible schedule includes early morning, overnight, weekend shifts, and overtime as needed. Part-time role with weekly hours of 20. Base pay ranges from $16.00 to $23.00. High school diploma preferred.
