Job Summary
Lead store staff by assigning, directing, and following up on all activities while communicating with management and crews. Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints by greeting them, offering help, and handling relations issues per company policy. Price merchandise, stock shelves, execute displays, and sign inventory for weekly, promotional, and seasonal items. Maintain customer and patient confidentiality throughout all interactions. Ensure completion of all opening and closing procedures when no manager or Operations Supervisor is onsite. Work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, weekend shifts, and overtime as needed. This part-time role supports the CVS Store Management team in driving execution and building consumer loyalty.
