Job Summary
Shift Supervisor leads store staff in the absence of management, ensures opening/closing procedures are completed, and drives store execution and customer service excellence. Responsibilities include supervising the crew, directing activities, communicating with management and crews, assisting customers, maintaining confidentiality, merchandising and inventory tasks, executing displays and price signage, and resetting departments per planograms. Requires ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, and weekends; strong deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills; and effective communication and supervision abilities. The role participates in delivering CVS’s customer-service culture and ensuring smooth store operations when a manager or Operations Supervisor is not onsite.
