Job Summary
Shift Supervisor at CVS Health who leads store staff in the absence of management, ensures opening/closing procedures, drives store execution, and promotes excellent customer service. Responsible for supervising the crew, coordinating merchandising and inventory, maintaining displays, handling customer relations, maintaining confidentiality, and upholding safety and quality standards. Requires deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills, advanced communication and supervision skills, and a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, and weekends. Part-time role with anticipated weekly hours around 29.
