Job Summary
Lead store staff through assigning, directing, and following up on all activities while ensuring smooth operations when no manager is onsite. Manage opening and closing procedures, price merchandise, stock shelves, and execute displays for weekly promotions and seasonal items. Assist customers with questions, handle complaints in accordance with company policy, and maintain customer confidentiality. Work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts, with an anticipated weekly total of 25 hours. Base pay ranges from $16.50 to $24.00 hourly. This part-time role supports the CVS Store Management team in driving execution and building consumer loyalty.
