Job Summary
Shift Supervisor lead role in CVS Store Management in the absence of a manager, ensuring opening/closing procedures, supervising the store crew, and driving customer service and store execution. Responsible for communicating with management and crews, handling customer relations per policy, maintaining confidentiality, merchandising and inventory per weekly/seasonal plans, and resetting departments according to planogram guidelines. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, and weekends, and respond to urgent issues as they arise.
