Job Summary
Lead store staff and drive execution by assigning activities, communicating with management, and ensuring all opening and closing procedures complete. Manage customer relations by greeting patrons, handling complaints per policy, and maintaining confidentiality. Price merchandise, stock shelves, execute displays, and maintain off-shelf inventory following POGs. Requires deductive reasoning, analytical skills, and advanced communication abilities. Work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts with anticipated weekly hours of 29. Base pay ranges from $18.94 to $27.94 hourly. High school diploma preferred.
