Job Summary
Lead the store crew by assigning activities, directing operations, and communicating updates when no manager is onsite. Manage opening and closing procedures, handle customer inquiries and complaints in accordance with policy, and maintain customer confidentiality. Price merchandise, stock shelves, execute displays, sign inventory, and reset departments following POGs. Requires deductive reasoning, analytical skills, and ability to work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts. Full-time role with 40 weekly hours.
