Job Summary
Lead store execution and performance by supervising crew activities, assigning tasks, and communicating with management. Handle customer service inquiries, complaints, and confidential relations while ensuring opening and closing procedures are completed. Price merchandise, stock shelves, execute displays, and maintain off-shelf inventory following POGs. Deductively reason through issues and utilize analytical skills to drive store operations. Maintain customer/patient confidentiality and promote a positive shopping experience. Work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts with overtime as needed.
