Shift Supervisor

Shift Supervisor at CVS Health leads store operations in the absence of management, supervising the store crew, directing activities, and ensuring opening/closing procedures. Responsible for delivering CVS customer service, handling customer inquiries and complaints, maintaining confidentiality, and promoting a positive shopping experience. Also responsible for merchandising, inventory, displaying and stocking shelves, and reset of departments following plans. Requires deductive reasoning, analytical skills, computer skills, advanced communication and supervision abilities, and a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, and weekends. Part-time position with pay range $16.50-$24.00 per hour ($34,320-$49,920 annually). Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
