Job Summary
Supervise the store crew by assigning activities, directing operations, and following up on all tasks when no manager is onsite. Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints while maintaining confidentiality and promoting a positive shopping experience. Price merchandise, stock shelves, execute displays, sign and inventory weekly promotional items, and reset departments following POGs. Complete all opening and closing procedures to ensure store operations run smoothly. Maintain customer/patient confidentiality and handle relations issues in accordance with company policy. Work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts, with anticipated weekly hours of 29.
