Job Summary
Shift Supervisor at CVS Health leads store operations in the absence of management, supervises the store crew, and drives customer service excellence. Responsible for opening and closing procedures, communicating between management and staff, assisting customers, maintaining confidentiality, merchandising and stock duties per planograms, pricing, and maintaining displays. Requires strong deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills, advanced communication, and supervisory abilities, with a flexible, including some early mornings, overnights, and weekends schedule. The role is part-time and located in Grand Rapids, MI.
