Job Summary
Lead store staff by assigning, directing, and following up on all activities while ensuring smooth operations and completion of opening and closing procedures. Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints; promote CVS customer service culture by greeting, offering help, and thanking shoppers; handle customer relations issues according to company policy. Price merchandise, stock shelves, execute displays, sign and inventory weekly promotional and seasonal merchandise, and maintain off-shelf displays. Reset departments following POGs. Work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts to work overtime as needed and respond to urgent issues.
