Job Summary
Shift Supervisor at CVS Health leads the store staff in the absence of management, drives store execution and performance, and delivers a high-quality customer service experience. Responsible for opening and closing procedures, supervising crew, effective communication with management and staff, handling customer inquiries and issues, maintaining confidentiality, and executing merchandise presentation and inventory per weekly/promotional guidelines. Requires deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills, and a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts to respond to urgent store needs. High School diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
