Shift Supervisor

Shift Supervisor is a key leader supporting the CVS Store Management team to drive store execution and performance, while building consumer loyalty through excellent customer service. In absence of a manager, leads store staff and ensures opening/closing procedures are completed. Responsibilities include supervising the crew, directing activities, communicating with management, assisting customers, handling customer relations per company policy, maintaining confidentiality, merchandising and inventory execution, display maintenance, and department resets per planograms. Requirements include deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills, advanced communication and supervision abilities, and a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts. Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
