Shift Supervisor

Shift Supervisor at CVS Health responsible for supporting the Store Management team to drive store execution and customer service excellence. When no manager or Operations Supervisor is onsite, leads store staff, ensures opening/closing procedures are completed, supervises daily activities, and maintains safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising the store crew, communicating with management and crews, assisting customers, maintaining confidentiality, merchandising and presentation (pricing, stocking, displays, weekly promos, and inventory), and resetting departments per planogram guidelines. Required skills include deductive reasoning, analytical thinking, computer proficiency, advanced communication and supervision abilities, and a flexible schedule (including early mornings, overnights, and weekends). Preferred education is High School diploma or equivalent. Part-time position with anticipated 20 hours per week and pay range of $16.50 - $24.00 per hour.
