Job Summary
Lead store operations and supervise crew activities by assigning tasks, directing daily functions, and communicating updates between management and staff. Manage customer service by greeting patrons, addressing complaints, and maintaining confidentiality while ensuring all opening and closing procedures are completed. Execute merchandise duties including pricing, stocking shelves, and maintaining promotional displays. Requires deductive reasoning, analytical, and computer skills, plus the ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnight shifts, and weekends. Anticipated weekly hours are 29. Part-time position with a base hourly rate between $19.00 and $28.00. Eligible for dental, vision, wellness resources, and employee discounts.
