Job Summary
Lead store execution and performance by supervising crew activities, directing assignments, and ensuring smooth operations when management is absent. Manage opening and closing procedures, handle customer relations issues in accordance with policy, and maintain customer/patient confidentiality. Price merchandise, stock shelves, execute displays, and maintain off-shelf inventory following POGs. Communicate effectively between store management and crews while promoting CVS customer service culture. Requires flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts with overtime as needed. Full-time role with a weekly base pay range of $16.50 to $24.00.
