Job Summary
Lead store staff by assigning activities, directing operations, and communicating with management when no supervisor is onsite. Manage opening and closing procedures, handle customer service inquiries and complaints while maintaining confidentiality, and ensure merchandise is priced, stocked, and displayed according to promotional plans. Execute inventory counts and reset departments following POGs. Requires deductive reasoning, analytical skills, and ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, overnight shifts, and weekends. Part-time position with 29 weekly hours at $16.00–$23.00 hourly.
