Job Summary
Lead store operations by supervising crew activities, assigning tasks, and ensuring all opening and closing procedures are completed. Manage customer relations by addressing questions, complaints, and policy issues while maintaining confidentiality. Execute merchandise duties including pricing, stocking shelves, and maintaining displays for promotional and seasonal items. Communicate effectively between store management and crews to drive execution and performance. Requires deductive reasoning, analytical, and computer skills, plus the ability to work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts. Part-time role with anticipated weekly hours of 29.
