Job Summary
Shift Supervisor leads store operations in the absence of a manager, ensuring opening/closing procedures and store execution. Responsibilities include supervising the crew, directing activities, communicating with management, assisting customers, handling customer relations per policy, maintaining confidentiality, merchandising and inventory per POGs, and maintaining a positive shopping experience. Requires deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills, strong communication and supervision abilities, and a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts. High School diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
