Job Summary
Lead store staff by assigning and directing activities while ensuring smooth operations when no manager is onsite. Manage opening and closing procedures, communicate with store management and crews, and handle customer relations issues in accordance with company policy. Price merchandise, stock shelves, execute displays, and maintain off-shelf inventory following weekly promotions and seasonal plans. Requires deductive reasoning, advanced communication skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts. This part-time role offers a weekly base of $16.50 to $24.00 and includes dental, vision, wellness resources, and employee discounts.
