Shift Supervisor

Shift Supervisor at CVS Health responsible for supporting store management in driving store execution and performance, leading the store staff in the absence of a manager, ensuring opening/closing procedures are completed, and upholding CVS customer service standards. Key duties include supervising store crews, directing activities, communicating with management and crews, handling customer questions and issues in line with policy, maintaining customer/patient confidentiality, merchandising and stock responsibilities (pricing, displays, weekly promotions, inventory, and post-POG resets), and adapting to a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, and weekends. Requires deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills, strong communication, and leadership abilities; High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. This is a full-time role with a pay range of $16.50–$24.00 per hour, with comprehensive benefits. The position is located in West Bloomfield, MI.
