Job Summary
Shift Supervisor role at CVS Health supporting store management in driving store execution and customer service excellence. Responsibilities include supervising store crews, directing activities, communicating with management and crews, assisting customers, maintaining confidentiality, pricing merchandise, stocking shelves, executing displays and inventory per weekly/weekend/seasonal plans, and resetting departments following plan-of-attack guidelines. Requires a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, and weekends; strong deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills, advanced communication and supervisory abilities. Education commonly a High School diploma or equivalent; part-time schedule with potential eligibility for benefits.
